Place setting portraits

Imagine this... you're a guest at a gorgeous wedding. You've just watched the happy couple say 'I do', before enjoying a bubble (or two!). You look for your seat for dinner, and what do you see? A mini painting of you - carefully detailed and signed with your name. A small touch which means the most. The newlyweds care deeply for you - and want you to have something bespoke to take home from their special day ✨

Those thoughtful newlyweds? They could be YOU!

Place setting portraits are a wonderful way to commemorate your guests and celebrate their unique qualities. It is also a guarantee that each guest receives a hand-painted favour that they will cherish.

You can choose how these look, whether that's strictly single busts, a mix of singles and couples, or even portraits with their pets!

Place setting portraits are charged at £7 per person. Bookings over 100 guests receive a 10% discount.

How does it work?

Drop me an email for a quote along with the date of your wedding. I can confirm if I have scope to complete the work for you. I need at least 2 months notice to ensure the work is completed on time, allowing for any edits etc.

From you, I need a folder with photos of your guests, with their name labelled either in the filename or as text placed in the photo. This works well as a Google Drive or WeTransfer link.

You can request certain details to be changed by labelling the photo. For example: 'Iain - no glasses please'.

You're welcome to include photos of yourselves in the order, and if you'd like for me to add details of your wedding outfit/hair/accessories, feel free to send some pictures or share your ideas and I'll make them come to life 🎉

I scan in the finished paintings and upload these to a Google Drive for your review. Once you're happy, I package them up securely and send them in the post via Royal Mail tracked.
